Consumed

Just a quickie post today. Stuff I ate recently.

Green Special: SALVADOR DELI - a surreal mix of vegan deli meats, genoa salami, spicy capicola, and sliced chicken with cucumber-artichoke heart relish and sun dried tomato aioli on a toasty po-boy roll. With a side of Tahini Coleslaw.
I think I finally have to admit publicly that Green is my favorite restaurant ever. Maybe I should have held out for some kind of endorsement deal. Like free tsoynamis for life?


Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad with Grilled Tofu from Appetite from Reduction

I love the salads in the Appetite for Reduction Cookbook. I highly recommend this one for everyone, especially people watching their diet. The recipes are inventinve, yet familiar, and satisfying.

It was soo good! Every salad I've tried so far in that cookbook is delish.
