Chef Tal released a new cookbook, The Conscious Cook, last October, and I still don't have it. Hopefully someone will remedy this situation for my birthday next month. It's a high-end dealio, which means the recipes might be a little more involved than I would like for everyday use. But I suspect there are some damn delicious recipes in that book.
This guy should have his own cooking show. Check out his chick'n scallopini with shiitake sake sauce, braised pea shoots, and crispy udon noodle cakes.
