On the Road: Ronald's Donuts, Las Vegas, NV

"Come to Chinatown. Ask for Ronald's. They will help you."
That was my lame rip off of a quote from Kung Fu: The Legend Continues.

My aunt and uncle recently visited Las Vegas, and jokingly, I asked them to pick me up a couple of the vegan donuts at Ronald's Donuts in Chinatown. Not only did they grant my wish, they went above and beyond and bought me one of each vegan flavor. Holy wow, that is a lot of donuts!

I tried the glazed, maple nut, apple burrito thingy, apple turnover thingy, the Boston creme, and I can't remember what else I nibbled on. I shared with my [grateful] coworkers because I didn't have time to put together a vegan donut tasting party.

These donuts were really, really good. They tasted like what I remember Dunkin' Donuts tasting like, which always had the best donuts. My favorites from Ronald's were the glazed and the apple burrito thing. So good. And there are so many vegan ones to choose from, it was hard for me to decide which ones to try.

I just have one request...Ronald's, could you maybe make me a French Crueller? Those are my abso-faves!
