Manjula of Manjula's Kitchen, a website that showcases vegetarian Indian food, shows us how to make Chola Tikki. It has many of my favorite things, cilantro, potatoes, chickpeas...and it's fried! Heaven!

Manjula dresses up the Chola Tikki with Cilantro Chutney, or Hari Chutney, below.

She also makes a Tamarind Chutney for the Chola Tikki.

The last thing she tops the Chola Tikki with is yogurt, but you can use a vegan yogurt with no problem. Also, you should be able to find all the ingredients at LeeLee Oriental Supermarket, except the vegan yogurt.

Top site, I hadn't noticed chicosandbeans.blogspot.com earlier during my searches!
Carry on the superb work!
Thanks and thanks for visiting!!
Hehe, I watch Manjula too.
There are sooooo many things I want to make of hers. I'm not experience with Indian food, so I love seeing it on video.
