Brendan Brazier and Thrive Fitness: The Vegan-Based Training Program

I was recently googling vegan books and came across Thrive Fitness: The Vegan-Based Training Program. In my lazy heart lurks a bit of an athlete and so I thought I might be interested in checking the book out. It was a bit of a synchronicity when I got an email the next day from AzVegan.com about Brendan Brazier, (author of the book, professional Ironman Triathlete, and Vega founder) informing me that he will be here in Phoenix signing his book and answering questions.
