I think this is one of my favorite smoothies so far, and the best part is you sneak some greens into your diet.
Kale Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla almond milk, sweetened
2 large leaves of kale, de-stemmed and roughly chopped
1 and 1/2 medium bananas, frozen and chopped
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
2 teaspoons maple syrup (or to taste)
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
