Veggie Conquest

Veggie Conquest is a vegan cooking competition that takes a page from the Iron Chef by challenging amatuer chefs with a last minute secret ingredient. Participating chefs are given a secret ingredient a week before the competition, and then the chefs create a dish and bring it to the event to be judged by tasters and official judges. Here, Our Hen House gives us a behind the scenes look at Veggie Conquest 4.
